These Terms govern your use of prismadvancefunding.com (the "Site") and the services of Prism Advance ("Prism Advance," "we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

SMS program terms

• Program name: Prism Advance.
• Description: If you opt in on our application form, Prism Advance will send you text messages about your funding inquiry, such as follow-ups on your application, requests for documents, and updates on available options.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for help.
• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Our service

Prism Advance is a commercial funding broker. We help businesses find working capital, such as revenue-based funding, through third-party funding partners. We are not a lender and do not make funding decisions. Any funding is provided by a funder under that funder's own agreement.

Not a loan; no guarantee

Revenue-based funding is a purchase of future receivables, not a loan. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a particular amount, or particular terms. Any time frames we mention, such as same-day funding, are typical estimates and not promises.

Your information

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request funding for the business named. You authorize Prism Advance and its funding partners to review that information to evaluate your request.

Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or submit false information. The Site's content is provided for general information only and is not financial, legal or tax advice.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prism Advance is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
